The rooms were spacious and clean, with great decor. The tropical grounds created a beautiful ambiance. The air conditioning worked well and the breakfast had a good variety. The hotel had a relaxing poolside bar.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with a bath and AC, for instance and got it upon arrival. The decor was Colonial and the atmosphere was lovely!

The breakfast served was more than adequate, everything you could wish for, with fresh fruit and warm homemade croissants, for example. The staff were incredibly attentive and very helpful and assisted me greatly.

The hotel's natural surroundings are truly captivating and offer a peaceful retreat. You can explore the exotic wildlife and flora right outside your door. Although it is not close to the city center, it is in a convenient location near both airports. The pool and bar are perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The unavoidable humidity seems to penetrate the room making it a little uncomfortable.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. And finally, the location is perfect - situated within ten minutes of the Park, surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable, especially considering the great amenities provided. The location was perfect, right along the road to the falls and only a short ten-minute drive to the park. The hotel itself was surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden, which created a tranquil and scenic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my experience even more enjoyable. The rooms on the first floor, specifically number 19, were comfortable and well-equipped, complete with a bathtub and air conditioning. Lastly, the breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options including plenty of fresh fruit to choose from.
